Silly Tit Rules Established By Perry Armstrong

1. No more than 4 people can be indoctrinated per Silly Tit meeting. Rule Exception: If there are more than four people that want to be indotrinated at one meeting and the Prez and Vice Prez are present, this rule may be changed for that meeting only.

2. Prez. or Vice Prez. must be present to indoctrinate new members. Minimum of two affirmative votes needed to be accepted.

3. You must be present at meeting to be nominated and indoctrinated.

4. You must already be a valid Silly Tit to nominate someone.

5. All Silly Tits must know their Silly Tit number and be able to perform the Silly Tit Handshake when asked by another Silly Tit, failure to remember how to do this means, you must buy a beer for the Silly Tit who asked you.

6. Anyone that wishes to become a Silly Tit, MUST "flash" their tits (bras or undershirts are not acceptable) for the other Silly Tits during the Silly Tit meeting at time of nomination.
